Alandom Real Estate was founded in 2008 by three friend and colleagues. Oguzhan Kapukaya, Roman Kamensky and Mikhail Khmelnov. Oguzhan Kapukaya is a specialist in managing Real Estate property, Roman Kamensky is developer and constructor. Mikhail Khmelnov is a specialist in International Accounting. They were united by the idea to promote such beautiful region of Turkey as Alanya. The Company has developed such Real Estate complexes as Toros 9 in Mahmutlar, AquaGolf in Kirgigak, Lemon Villa Hotel. The Company has expanded its activity outside the Turkey to Italy.
Alandom participated in f development project on Como Lake in Argegno. Besides that we are working altogether with Israel foundation Excelion in the audacious development project of Grimaldi History Village.
Right now we are looking new business partners to extend our business activity in unbelievably fast developing region as Alanya.
